Returns and Exchanges
Our policy is 30 days returns or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Many of our products have a 1-year exchange warranty for products that fail within the first year. See below.

No return on special-order items. Special-order items are covered under our 1-year exchange warranty.

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include special-order items, gift cards and downloadable products.

To complete your return or exchange proof of purchase is necessary.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days please contact us at AberdeenRVParts@gmail.com or call us at 605-229-2627.

Clearance or special order items
Only regular and sale-priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately clearance and special-order items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, call us at 605-229-2627 or send us an email at AberdeenRVParts@gmail.com . Send your item to: Aberdeen Parts Store LLC, 1020 6th Ave SE Suite 1, Aberdeen, South Dakota US 57401.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Aberdeen Parts Store LLC, 1020 6th Ave SE Suite 1, Aberdeen South Dakota 57401.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Package well because items received damaged will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.   Read more about our shipping policy HERE
