Galvanized steel convex double-inlet blower wheel commonly referred to as a 12 x 6.  Actual measurements are 11-15/16" diameter x 6-1/6" width.  1/2" center bore with set screw.  Clockwise rotation when viewing from the shaft end of the motor.
